After an immensely successful WOS Congress 2024, we are very excited to invite you again to the beautiful Casinotheater Winterthur in the heart of Switzerland. 

The 2nd Winter(-thur) Ophthalmology Symposium will be a new opportunity to share the latest advances and innovations in the field of ophthalmology, to get to know the latest industry offerings, as well as to network with colleagues and experts from Switzerland and all around the world.

The congress programme will feature Main Symposia, Instructional Courses, Workshops as well as Wetlabs. 

This year again, we have organised various wetlabs where young, budding ophthalmologists and surgeons will have the opportunity to learn the first steps in cataract surgery in a 1:1 teaching session. For more experienced ophthalmic surgeons who wish to continue their training, subspeciality training will be provided in ICL Implantation and basic vitreo-retinal surgery. However, there will be a limited number of wetlab places to allow for quality.
